2024 LCRB Audit
The LCRB 2024 Audit reflects the board-approved spend-down funding cycle. As a funder of mental and behavioral health programs and services for Lincoln County kids (ages 0-19), which adheres to a reimbursement-based funding model, COVID-era under-utilization provided a surplus in our funding allocations. In the following years, the board re-invested those unused funds for more services and programs in support of Lincoln County kids and their timely needs.
