The LCRB is an independent oversight board that was established in 2003 by the Lincoln County Commissioners to oversee the establishment, operation and maintenance of mental health services for children, youth and their families in Lincoln County. The LCRB also provides leadership in the development and implementation of early intervention, prevention and life skills programs.

We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with information about the Lincoln County Resource Board. This web site tells about our policies and the programs and services that we administer from the sales tax dollars collected within Lincoln County.

Our Board is committed to providing a broad range of mental health-related services to benefit the children and youth and their families. Today the LCRB contracts with a variety of local agencies to provide a myriad of needed services and programs in our County. This site contains a complete listing of those services and programs.
